How to Enable Search and Match in Salesforce?

In order to activate Search & Match first we need to ensure all Index Fields are mapped 

1. Click on RChilli Field Mapping and Ensure in Resume Field Mapping  and JD Field Mapping the Index Field is Mapped 
2. Then we need to also ensure all the index fields under custom objects should be mapped. (For Example in Achievement Custom Object we need to map Achievement Index and same process need to be followed for other custom objects as well).
   
   
3. Click on RChilli Configuration Tab
   
   
4. Check the Activate Search and Match check box
   
   
   
   
5. As soon as you activate the Search and Match following confirmation will appear; please click on Yes to proceed
   
   
   
   
6. Additionally, The index Field should be mapped, and then click Save
