While installing RChilli in the Sandbox Environment user may encounter the following error.
Please follow the steps given below to fix this error message:
- Login to Salesforce and click on Setup
- Search for Social Accounts and Contacts Settings and click on it
- Please ensure Enable Social Accounts, Contacts, and Leads option is checked along with the Social Network options and click Save.
