Unable to Install RChilli in Sandbox Environment!

While installing RChilli in the Sandbox Environment user may encounter the following error.

Please follow the steps given below to fix this error message:

1. Login to Salesforce and click on Setup
   
   
   
   
2. Search for Social Accounts and Contacts Settings and click on it
   
   
   
   
   
3. Please ensure Enable Social Accounts, Contacts, and Leads option is checked along with the Social Network options and click Save.
