- Login to Salesforce
- Click on the Gear Icon- Then Click on Setup
- In the New Window- On the left-hand side, In the Quick Find, Search "Sites
- Scroll Down and Click on Active Site Label
- Click- Public Access Setting
- Click- Enabled Apex Class Access
- Edit- Add all the Available Apex Classes- Select All Apex Classes & Add them
- Save
- Scroll Down & Search for Field-Level Security- View the Object which has been created for Resume Parsing- For Example- We had Contact as an Object with RChilli
- Tick All Check Box (Mandatory)- (Read Access & Edit Access) then go to Back to Profile
- Search for Custom Field-Level Security-Give Permission to all By Clicking to View
- Achievement
- Certification
- Excluded Object
- Experience
- Publication
- Qualification
- RChilli Log
- Recommendation
- Skill
12. Go to the Standard Object Permissions section, and make sure that Job-related object (For example, Accounts) and Resume-related object (for example, Contacts) are given Read and Create access. If not, click Edit (see next step) and give access.
13. Go to the Custom Object Permissions section, and make sure that all custom objects, for example, Achievement, Certification, Excluded Object, Experience, Publications, Qualification, RChilli Log, Recommendation, Skill are given Read and Create access. If not, click Edit and give access & Save
Note-Make sure that you have selected the checkbox and enabled the Read and Create access for RChilli Logs. RChilli Logs must be enabled so that all the logs for email integration are updated in RChilli Logs section.
