All the product information is shared at RChilli MyAccount now. You can ask the RChilli team to share the login details for your account. RChilli MyAccount has now been converted into a one-stop platform for all your parsing needs.
The following are the functionalities of RChilli MyAccount. Just login into the panel here and check out:
My Profile: This will contain your personal information
Integration: Here at Resume Parsing Rest API tab, you can parse your or any other resume. This is a testbed for RChilli API Resume Parsing Service. Just upload a resume file at the Upload Resume section and parse it. You will get results at “RChilli Parsed Results” and JSON output is also there, where you can see all the field values in detail.
Plans: Check out the details of the plan you have subscribed to. This will have detailed information about your plan subscribed.
Invoice: It will have all your system generated invoices according to your usage and plan. Here you can check the details of your invoice along with renewal details. You can download or open the invoice from here. If you have any queries or questions regarding your raised invoice, you can write to email@example.com, They will assist you accordingly.
Parsing Logs: This will help you to track your monthly, quarterly, yearly basis usage. You can also select any date range for parsing logs according to need here and will get the parsed log records. You can categorize your logs via OK and Fail status.
Support: This section will have all the support tickets that you have raised earlier. You can also create a new ticket from here if you have any concerns.
Add User: You can also add multiple users. For adding a user, you can find add user option under the My Account tab.
