First, please check and confirm if the resume/CV file is Scanned or Image file as we don't parse a scanned file.
Secondly, if you are parsing a PDF document, make sure it is not corrupted and data is not jumbled up. To verify this, just open the PDF file in any of the PDF viewers like acrobat reader, copy the text content, and paste it into the notepad. It should be proper text content, but if you see jumbled text, it might be corrupted.
Another way to verify this is again by opening the file with Adobe Reader, then from top right-hand side, Select File => Save As Other => (.txt). Open the .txt file and look at that extracted text. If it appears jumbled up, then the PDF is corrupted and sorry, we are afraid, it can’t be fixed or parsed.
