Parsing scanned resumes/images are presently not enabled- Trial API

RChilli Parser has some limitations for the OCR Parsing like:

1. OCR Parsing only works for scanned PDF files, not for imaged resume files like jpeg, gif, png, etc. We don't support PNG or any image files. The scanned resume will be in pdf format only, not an image.  We don't process or parse scanned image resumes like .jpeg, .png, etc.

2. The scanned file should start with basic/personal information. It should not be started with any page from the middle of the resume e.g. Experience section or any other information.

3. Also, make sure that the resume files contain all the relevant information so that you can get appropriate and accurate results.

You can always contact RChilli Support via creating a ticket at RChilli HelpDesk or simply by sending an email at support@rchilli.com. The support team will enable the OCR for the Trial API User key to access.
