Users can be added from the SAP Browser Extension configuration page in the My Account portal.
Steps / Details:
- Log in to the RChilli My Account SAP Portal.
- Click Product Configuration.
- Go to Browser Assistant
- Click Add User.
- Enter User Name and User Email.
- Select Browser Parsing and Email Parsing options as needed.
- Select redaction templates, if required.
- Click Add User.
Important Notes:
- The Add User button is enabled only after SAP API details are filled.
- Demo users can be added only up to the allowed limit.
- Production supports unlimited users.
