How are resumes uploaded from a computer into SAP?

Users can upload resume files directly from your local computer using the Upload tab in the SAP Extension.

Steps / Details:

1. Log in to the SAP Browser Extension.
   
2. Click the Upload tab.
   

3. Select Upload Resume.
4. Drag and drop resume files or browse and select them from your computer.
   

5. Click Import Resumes.
   
6. Review the uploaded files if needed.
   
7. Click Export to SAP to send them to the SAP candidate pool.
   

Supported Formats and Limits:

• Supported formats: doc, pdf, rtf, docx, zip, txt
• Maximum files at one time: 30 resumes
• Maximum total file size: 50 MB
