How we calculate the parsing credits?

 

We calculate the parsing credits based on the number of hits or Requests. and the most important thing, we don't consider the 'FAIL' files. We only count the success files with status 'OK'.

 

There is no testing and production credits thing available. Still, you can do testing of the parser and let us know how much you have used for testing purposes. We'll compensate as much as we can.

 

Also, you can check your Parsing logs statistics like successfully parsed files ( counted files) and Fail files ( uncounted files) at your RChilli MyAccount in the 'Parsing Logs' tab, simply by categorizing your logs via OK and FAIL status.

 

 

Please keep in mind if you are uploading the same document multiple times. We'll calculate that as a different new hit and it will be counted separately. The credits are counted only for each successfully parsed resume, even if the same resume file processed 100 times, it will be counted as 100 credits.
