Things need to be checked whenever there is an issue with your parsing:
1. First of all, please check for the internet connection, It should be stable and working fine. You can simply check the RChilli API Service URL endpoint by browsing at any browser, It should display the Ok Status.
http status : 200 (OK)
2. If you are running it from the server, just make sure to check the connectivity between your server to our API URL.
> You can use any browser to check the connectivity between Your server to our API URL.
> If you are on Linux, Mac you can check the connectivity by using the curl command.
curl -I https://apiurl
> You need to allow port 80/443 in your outbound firewall rule.
