Here is how RChilli plans are get implemented in case of Upgrade and Downgrade
1. We don't downgrade immediately. The downgrade will be scheduled for the next billing cycle date. A plan downgrade with a lower price takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue to use the features of the higher plan until your next billing date. Payment will be also be charged on the next billing date in case of plan downgrade.
2. We upgrade and generate the invoice immediately as soon as you upgrade and roll over credits. A plan upgrade with a higher price takes effect immediately, so you can start using features of the higher plans. Payment in case of upgrade will be charged immediately.
