TLD length is erroneously limited to 4 characters

The parser is restricting the top level domain length to four characters when the actual top level domain length is unlimited.

Here is a list of TLD's from iCANN  https://data.iana.org/TLD/tlds-alpha-by-domain.txt

How do we get this bug fixed?
