Is there a way to partially update a candidate's information via API?

Is there a way to partially update a candidate's information via API? For example, just add some skills without deleting all candidate information that was previously indexed?

In order to Update Index currently we do not have any specific process. 
So to update the Indexed document you have you will have to pass the previous parsed JSON along with the new Values.
