Currently, you cannot permanently delete sub-users from the My Account portal.

This is a system limitation to preserve data traceability and audit logs.
✅ What You Can Do Instead

You can deactivate active sub-users from the My Account panel.
-
Once deactivated, their slot becomes available, allowing you to add a new sub-user in their place.

This is especially useful if you’ve reached your maximum active sub-user limit.
🔄 Note: Deactivated sub-users no longer have access but remain visible for recordkeeping.

📌 Steps to Deactivate a Sub-User:

Log in to https://myaccount.rchilli.com

Navigate to Users / Sub-Users or Browser Assistant Users (depending on feature access).

Locate the user you want to deactivate.

Click “Deactivate” next to their name.
Once deactivated, you can click “Add User” to register a new sub-user.
