For a registered user, please check your service URL and user key values shared by RChilli team with you when you signed up. These values should be correct, as sent in the 'Welcome email' from RChilli.
Also, make sure you are using your dedicated service endpoint rather than trial one and the user key is valid. There is no space in the starting and end of the User key.
For trial users, you can contact RChilli Support via creating a ticket at RChilli HelpDesk or simply you can send an email at support@rchilli.com. The support team will help you in extending your Userkey validity.
