If you are encountering an error while parsing a resume, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
-
Parsing Quota Exhausted
You may have used up your allotted resume parsing credits.-
Check your remaining credits by logging into RChilli MyAccount.
-
Under the My Account tab, you’ll find all your plan details.
-
To monitor your parsing usage, go to the Parsing Logs tab (located in the top-right corner). You can filter by date range to view detailed usage statistics.
-
-
Incorrect Service URL or Version
Ensure that you're using the correct and valid Service URL.-
Avoid using a trial or demo Service URL for production purposes.
-
-
Corrupted or Password-Protected Files
-
Files that are corrupted or encrypted/password-protected cannot be parsed.
-
-
Invalid Resume Content
-
Ensure the resume content is structured and readable. Poor formatting or missing information may cause parsing issues.
-
If you still persist the same concern, please share the Resume file with the RChilli Support Team. You can contact RChilli Support via creating a ticket by sending an email at support@rchilli.com. The support team will analyze the resume file and give you the right solution.
