Getting an error while parsing is due the some of the following reasons:
1. You have used the quota of resume parsing
You can always check your parsing resume credits at RChilli MyAccount. You can have all your plan details under the My Account tab. Also, you can check to parse usage at the Parsing Logs tab at the right-hand top corner. You can select the desired date range on the next page and you will have parsing usage accordingly.
2. Wrong Service URL and version
Make sure that you are using the correct and valid service URL. It should not be a trial or demo Service URL.
3. If the resume file is scanned or image file, as we don't parse a scanned file.
4. The file should not be corrupted or password protected.
5. Invalid resume content.
If you still persist the same concern, please share the Resume file with the RChilli Support Team. You can contact RChilli Support via creating a ticket at RChilli HelpDesk or by sending an email at support@rchilli.com. The support team will analyze the resume file and give you the right solution.
