For Leased Clients: Check in the RchilliConfig.xml config file. Check for the value of parameter “TemplateOutputData”, it should be true. If it is not set or set to false, please set the value 'True' for the parameter TemplateOutputData.
For Cloud users: please contact the RChilli Support team via creating a ticket at RChilli HelpDesk or by sending an email at support@rchilli.com. They will enable it.
