To successfully index bulk resumes, please ensure that your resume files are compressed using the ZIP format only. Here’s how to properly prepare the files for indexing:
Important Guidelines for Creating the ZIP File:
-
Use Windows-Compatible Tools:
Use archiving tools like WinRAR or WinZip to create the ZIP file. -
Compress Files, Not Folders:
Ensure that you compress the individual resume files directly, not the containing folder. This is essential for successful indexing. -
Compression Tool Compatibility:
It is important that the ZIP file is created with tools compatible with Windows. Other compression methods or tools may cause indexing to fail.
Once the ZIP file is created correctly, you can upload it through the portal under the Bulk or Single Resume/JD section.
