If there is an issue with a candidate's work experience not being captured correctly, please verify the following:
1. Job Period Format

Job Period must be specified for all employers.

Dates must be in a valid format such as:
01-20-2016 to 02-28-2017

If the Job Period is missing, Employer and Job Title will not be picked up, even if other details are present.

A proper section heading such as "Experience" or "Work History" must also be included in the resume.

2. Capitalization Rules

Employer Name and Job Profile must start with a capital letter.

The parser will not recognize values that begin with a lowercase letter.
✅ Correct: Company: Infosys
❌ Incorrect: company: infosys
3. Genuine Employer Details

Avoid placeholder or fake names like
Test company
,Sample Tester
, etc. -
These will not be parsed and will be discarded.
4. Employer Mapping
If multiple job titles and periods are listed under one employer, they must be clearly mapped. Below are examples of proper and improper mappings:
