Why Is Experience Data Missing?

If there is an issue with the candidate work experience, please check for the below mentioned below:-

1. Job Period must be given or written for all the employers or Company name to be picked up. Also, it should be in a valid format like 01-20-2016 to 2-28-2017. If Job Period is not mentioned and Employer/Job Profile is mentioned correctly, even then the Employer and other values will not be picked up. The most important thing, Title or " section heading" should be mentioned in the resume.

Job Period shouldn’t be in an improper or incorrect format like these:

3. Employer name, Job Profile should be started with the capital letter only. Parser won’t pick up those values which start with a small letter. First Letter should be capital, as RChilli parser does not consider the Employer/Job Profile starting with the small alphabet.

4. Employer details should be genuine. These should not be fake like 'Test company', 'Sample Tester' etc.

5. Employer mapping if the employer is not defined with job period and job-title.
