Can we use existing credentials from another company to manage our RChilli account?

If your organization has transitioned or changed, it’s highly recommended that you create a new RChilli Account with updated credentials. Here’s why:

1. Security and Access Rights: If your previous company had different access rights or billing details, using the same credentials can result in access issues or security concerns.
   
   
2. Billing and Account Accuracy: To ensure that your billing information is accurate, a new account should be created to reflect the latest updates.
