Unresolved support tickets may be closed after multiple follow-ups without a response from the client. Here’s the process:

Final Follow-Up: A final follow-up email will be sent before the ticket is closed. This will remind you to provide any additional information or updates.

Ticket Closure: If no response is received after the final follow-up, the support ticket will be closed.
- Reopen the Ticket: If you need further assistance later, you can always reopen the ticket or contact our support team via Support Team
