How are related skills rated in relation to the job profile?

RChilli currently provides skill proficiency levels using clearly defined labeled descriptors, rather than direct numeric scales. These descriptors include:

  • Native:
    Answer Represents native-level proficiency.
    Equivalent Rating: 5 on a scale of 5.

  • Proficient:
     Indicates strong professional fluency and capability.
    Equivalent Rating: 4 or 4+ on a scale of 5.

  • Moderate:
     Reflects an average or intermediate skill level.
    Equivalent Rating: Approximately 3.5 on a scale of 5.
