You are seeing both the redacted and non-redacted versions of resumes in Oracle because of the Resume Format setting configured in the Redact Template Settings panel.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Step-by-Step Explanation:
-
Navigate to Redact Template Settings
Go to:
Product and Features > Redact Template Settings
Here, you can configure what type of resume (original, redacted, or both) should be exported to Oracle.
-
Locate the “Resume Format” Option
At the bottom of the Redact Template Settings page, you'll find the Resume Format dropdown.
-
Understand the Format Options:
- Original – Only the original resume is uploaded.
- Redacted – Only the redacted version is uploaded.
-
Both – Default setting. Both original and redacted resumes are uploaded.
-
Why You See Both Versions in Oracle
If the Resume Format is set to "Both", Oracle receives:
- The original resume file
- The redacted version (with selected fields hidden or masked)
This is why both versions appear in the Oracle UI.
-
Want to Show Only One Version?
You can change the Resume Format setting to either Original or Redacted depending on your preference.
