LOV stands for List of Values. It is a feature used to provide a predefined list of options for a specific field, such as Degree, Language, Certificate, or School. LOVs help standardize data entry by limiting the choices to valid options, which improves data consistency and accuracy. In the context of resume parsing, LOVs are used to map parsed data into predefined values in the Oracle UI, ensuring that the data is properly classified and displayed.
