How are Years of Experience calculated in RChilli's Search Functionality?

Extracted Experience Sections:
RChilli parses the start and end dates from each job/experience section in a resume. Based on the extracted employment data, the experience is calculated in months. The total number of months of experience is then converted into years (if applicable).
