If certifications are not appearing in the parsed output, first verify whether the certification-related API setting is enabled. If this setting is disabled, certification details may not be included in the response.
If the setting is already enabled and the issue persists, share the resume sample along with the parser response with your Customer Success Manager or email RChilli Support. The technical team will review whether the issue is related to data extraction or mapping/display configuration.
