Is the 0.3 credit for taxonomy usage charged per skill, or is it a one-time 0.3 credit per resume, regardless of the number of skills parsed?

 The 0.3 credit charge applies per successful Taxonomy API transaction for skill or job profile enrichment, regardless of the number of skills returned. No extra credits are deducted from the Resume Parser API for skills/profiles extraction.
