Can we customize weightage in Search & Match to prioritize certain attributes like skills or education?

Yes, you can customize the weightage in RChilli's Search & Match functionality to prioritize specific attributes such as skills, education, experience, and more. The weightage for different fields (e.g., JobProfile, Skills, Degree, Location) can be customized at both the Job Description (JD) and Resume levels.

Here’s how customization works:

1. Dynamic Customization: You can adjust the weightage dynamically in the API request for each Search & Match operation. This means you can prioritize attributes like skills, education, or location based on your specific needs.
    
2. Predefined Weightage: RChilli offers default weightage for fields like skills, job titles, experience, and location. For example, skills might have a weight of 15, while experience could have a weight of 10.
    
3. Customizable Weighting: If you want to give more importance to education or skills, you can increase the weightage for fields like Degree, QualificationRequired, or RequiredSkillSet in the request.
    
4. Backend Support: RChilli supports both baseline default weightage and customizable weightage logic that can be applied to tailor the matching process to your organization's recruitment priorities.
