What You Can Try First

Log Out and Log Back In This refreshes your session and clears any outdated cache that may be preventing the update from displaying.

Clear Browser Cache Cached browser data can sometimes cause outdated information to appear.

Wait a Few Minutes In rare cases, backend systems may take a few minutes to reflect updated information.
Still Not Updated?
If the profile or email still appears outdated after trying the above:
- Email support@rchilli.com
- Include your user key, subuser ID, and a description of the changes you made
Our support team will verify the backend status and ensure the update is completed successfully.
Helpful Tip: If the email ID was changed manually by support, make sure you’re logging in with the new email after the update is confirmed.
