How to Generate Parsing Logs from MyAccount:
- Log in to MyAccount
- Go to RChilli MyAccount and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to ‘My Account’ Tab
- Once logged in, click on the "My Account" tab from the dashboard.
- Use the ‘Parsing Logs’ Feature
- Go to the "Parsing Logs" section.
- Apply filters for date range, sub-user ID, or parsing type (resume, JD, etc.).
- Export or download the logs in CSV/Excel format if required.
- Alternative Option
- If logs are not accessible via your dashboard or you need more detailed data, contact your CSM or email support@rchilli.com to get the parsing report for a specified timeframe.
