In RChilli, credits are only consumed when indexing documents. This means that when you are indexing a document into RChilli’s Search & Match engine (which allows you to search and match documents), credits are used during this indexing process.
However, searching and matching operations themselves—i.e., when you are simply querying the indexed resumes or job descriptions—do not consume credits.
This is particularly advantageous because it means you can:
-
Search for specific resumes from the indexed pool based on various parameters (like skills, location, experience, etc.).
- Match resumes to job descriptions or vice versa (for instance, finding the best-fit candidates for a job role) without worrying about consuming any additional credits.
If you need a detailed breakdown of your credit usage, you can always reach out to support@rchilli.com for assistance.
