Parsing and indexing credits are two different types of credits used in the RChilli platform:
-
Parsing Credits: These are consumed when you extract data from resumes or job descriptions. Essentially, parsing is the process where the information from the document (such as skills, experience, education, etc.) is extracted and structured into a usable format.
-
Indexing Credits: These are used when the parsed documents are indexed into RChilli’s Search & Match engine. This step allows the data to be searchable, enabling your users to search and match candidates with job descriptions.
It’s important to note that search operations do not consume any credits. You can search through indexed data without using parsing or indexing credits.
If you need help checking what’s being consumed or have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@rchilli.com.
