Steps

1. Go to My Account → Logs Tracking and Usage
2. Set From Date and To Date
3. Select Product (e.g., Candidate Profile Import)
4. Choose Environment and Status (or leave All)
5. Click Get Logs
6. In the table, check the Sub User ID column to see which user/system ran each parse
7. Review Status & Error Code; click For Error Messages, Click here for details
