How can bias-free screening be achieved? Is it possible to remove PII (Personal Identifiable Information) or implement job-zone-based redaction?

Bias-free screening can be enabled by  PII redaction with job-zone–based masking:
 

• PII redaction (core): Use the Redaction API to hide/remove identifiers such as name, email, phone, address, photo, social links, DOB, gender, nationality—before the profile reaches reviewers.
   
• Job-zone redaction (role/level aware): If you want different redaction rules by seniority or role (e.g., hide school names and grad years for entry roles, or company names for first-pass screens), set "jobzoneredaction": true in your Templater request to apply the appropriate mask set when generating the reviewer-facing document.

Credit Usage:

• Parser (extract fields)
• Redaction (apply PII masking)
• Templater (optional, to output a clean, anonymized PDF/DOCX for reviewers)
  → Expect Parser + Redaction (+ Templater if you render).
