To ensure the PeopleSoft node is correctly configured and functioning after uploading RChilli’s configuration files, follow these steps:

Access the Vendor Setup Page:
Navigate to the Vendor Setup page in PeopleSoft where RChilli's configuration files have been uploaded.
Ping the Node:
- Under the Node box, click the link to open the configuration details.
- In the Connectors tab, click Ping Node to test the connection.

Verify Ping Node Results:
After performing the ping, a Ping Node Results pop-up will appear. Ensure that the Message Text column displays "Success." This confirms that the node is properly connected and communicating with RChilli services.

Check Connector URL:
In the Connector URL column, verify that the URL is correct. If there is an error, double-check the URL details and ensure they match the configuration settings provided by RChilli.
If the Ping Node results in failure or if the connector URL is incorrect, contact RChilli Support with the error details, and the support team will assist in resolving the issue.
