PLG stands for plugin. These are credit-based add-ons that extend core RChilli capabilities (e.g., Resume Parser, JD Parser, Search & Match). Each plugin invocation consumes credits and is tracked as a separate PLG line item in your usage/billing.
- When Redact (for data masking/anonymization) is a separate capability that also consumes credits when used.
- When Redact is accessed through a Marketplace or directly via API, the Source appears as Redact in usage.
- When any plugin is accessed from the Marketplace, PLG is recorded as the source.
How to verify which charges came from plugins vs. Redact
- Go to MyAccount > Dashboard > Parsing Logs
- Select Start Date and End Date
- Click Get Logs
- Check the Source column:
- Source = PLG → activity came from a plugin
- Source = Redact → activity was a redaction
