When the Query Analyzer displays a value like 13.33, does that figure indicate a count (such as 13 resumes) or a percentage value (13%)?

The value represents a percentage. In the response of the Query Analyzer, there is "type" - which indicates the type of the entity  [i.e., Skill Job profile, Company, Experience, Location, Degree] & “weight” which indicates the score assigned to each entity based on the scoring weightage.

Query: "Project Manager with 15 years of experience, holding a B.Tech degree from Pune, previously worked at Wipro, and skilled in Java."
