How should parsing errors be handled when the parsed value is not available in the Oracle List of Values (LOV)?

These “parsing errors” typically occur when the parsed value does not exist in your Oracle List of Values (LOV) configuration, causing Oracle to reject the data.

                 Steps to Access and Manage LOV in RChilli:

• Open a web browser and go to myaccount.rchilli.com.
• Log in using valid credentials.
• Navigate to the Product Configuration tab.
• Under this tab, click on LOV (List of Values).
• Review and manage the mapped LOVs for all relevant sections, such as:
  • Degree
  • Language
  • School
  • Certificate
  • Source
