Does RChilli host the indexing infrastructure, or can it be run on-premises?

By default, the Search & Match indexing engine runs in RChilli’s managed cloud (optimized for speed, scale, and high availability). For environments requiring full control or specific data-residency constraints, private/on-prem deployments are supported.

• Managed cloud (default): Fastest time to go live; fully operated by RChilli.
• Private/on-prem: Customer-controlled environment; sizing and deployment model defined case-by-case.
