How do we stop duplicate bulk-run emails?

If your bulk runs feel slow, schedule the largest queues during off-peak hours (e.g., your night time) and keep smaller batches during working hours; we’ve seen faster throughput when high-candidate requisitions are queued overnight, then monitored in your morning status call.
