How can the “Products & Features” visibility or PeopleSoft configuration download be resolved?

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to resolve issues related to “Products & Features” visibility (also called Product Configuration) and PeopleSoft configuration download in RChilli portals.

1. Navigate to RChilli Portal
   • Main Menu → Product Configuration → PeopleSoft Vendor Setup → Configuration File dropdown
   • Select: Staging or Production config

2. Check browser settings
   • Allow pop-ups, redirects, and disable strict tracking temporarily
   • Try Chrome / Edge or Incognito Mode
   • Re-login and retry
      
3. Verify environment & credentials
   • Select Environment: Staging → Staging config, Production → Production config
   • Ensure UserKey and Subuser Id are present
