RChilli typically shares sample code packages and integration documents inside MyAccount (per product).
Step-by-step
-
Login to MyAccount
- Sign in to your RChilli MyAccount with your registered credentials.
- Go to the Integration section/tab (wording may vary by portal).
- Select the relevant product/module, for example:
- Taxonomy 3.0 → open Sample Code and Documentation.
-
Resume Parser / JD Parser → look for sample code/integration document download (same area).
- In the download area, choose the required version (example: v5.0.1, v8.0.0) from the dropdown/list (if shown).
- Click Download and save the ZIP/package locally.
- If you don’t see the version you need:
Raise a request to RChilli Support to share/enable the required SDK package.
Option 2: Download from RChilli Knowledge Center (Docs)
Some SDK/sample-code downloads are also available as “click download” pages in the Knowledge Center.
Step-by-step
- Open the relevant Sample Code page (e.g., Resume Parser sample code).
- Select the required version (if listed).
- Click Download.
Option 3: For Oracle-specific packages (if applicable)
If you are working under Oracle integrations, MyAccount also has Oracle-specific configuration pages (depending on access).
Step-by-step
- Login to MyAccount
- Choose Oracle area (if available for your account)
- Navigate via Product and Features (menu name may vary) → Oracle API Details.
- Download/package info will be available based on what’s enabled for your tenant.
If the configuration file or package is still not found
- It usually means the package isn’t enabled for your tenant or the version isn’t published in your portal yet.
- In that case, share these details with Support to get the correct package quickly:
- Product name (Resume Parser / Search & Match / Taxonomy / Oracle / PeopleSoft)
- Required version (e.g., v5.0.1)
- Your SubUserId/UserKey (or company/tenant)
