Required Fields
Please navigate to: Salesforce → Profile → Settings
Ensure the following mandatory fields are completed:
- Phone Number
- Full Address
- Street
- State
- Country
- Company Name
- Job Title
After entering the required details:
- Click Save
- Return to the RChilli configuration page
- Click “Connect to RChilli” again
If the Error Persists
If the connection issue continues:
- Go to RChilli Logs
- Open Latest Error
- Review the error message to identify any missing information or configuration issues
The log typically specifies what needs to be corrected.
