In Salesforce, there isn’t a direct “Installed App Expiry Date” field visible in the standard Setup UI, but you can find license and expiry information depending on the type of app: AppExchange apps or managed packages. Here’s how:
1. Via Installed Packages
- Go to Setup (gear icon → Setup).
- In the Quick Find box, type Installed Packages.
- Click on Installed Packages.
- Locate the app/package you want.
- You will see Package Name, Version, and sometimes License Type.
- Click View Licenses (if available).
- This shows all users assigned the package license.
- For some managed packages, the expiration date or trial period end date may be listed here.
2. Via Company Information
- Go to Setup → Company Settings → Company Information.
- Scroll to User Licenses and Installed Packages sections.
- This shows the total number of licenses and usage, but not always expiry dates.
3. Via AppExchange
- Log in to Salesforce AppExchange.
- Click on My Installs & Subscriptions from the user profile menu.
- Click Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu.
