RChilli uses multiple safeguards across design, validation, and runtime stages.
Sensitive attribute exclusion
Bias-prone personal attributes are excluded from scoring and ranking.
Job-relevance filtering
The system evaluates candidates only on relevant professional qualifications. Location is used only when tied to eligibility or work authorization needs.
Input validation
Resumes and job descriptions are validated to ensure content is readable, supported, and structurally usable before processing.
Controlled feature weighting
No single attribute is allowed to dominate the match score. This helps avoid distorted outcomes and over-prioritization of specific profile traits.
Fallback handling
If input data is incomplete or ambiguous, the system continues using valid available data, avoids extreme scoring behavior, and maintains stable output generation.
These controls help reduce the risk of biased, misleading, or unstable results.
