Why did the candidate’s match score change after a parser update or job profile update?

Match scores may change when there are updates to parsing logic, job profile extraction, or indexed data, because Search & Match relies on structured resume and job data to calculate relevance.

If any of these underlying components change, the system may interpret candidate or job information differently, which can affect the final match score.

If the score change seems unexpected, it is recommended to re-test after re-indexing the data or recreating the job and candidate flow.
