Can we support different templates per sub-user/account?

 Yes, the system supports assigning different templates for each sub-user within a single account.

Templates can be managed at two levels:

1. Sub-user Level (Primary Control)

• Each sub-user can have a dedicated template assigned from the backend
• Ideal for supporting multiple clients, brands, or business units with unique formats

2. Userkey Level (Default Fallback)

• A default template can be configured at the main account level
• If no template is assigned to a sub-user, the default template is automatically applied

What this means:

• Centralized template management
• No need to pass template details in every API request
• Flexibility with consistency across accounts

Example:

• Sub-user A → Custom Template A
• Sub-user B → Custom Template B
• Sub-user C → Uses default template
