No. RChilli does not persistently store resume data or personally identifiable information submitted to its SaaS Cloud Resume Parser.
When a resume is submitted for parsing, RChilli processes the document only for the purpose of extracting relevant candidate information. The Resume Parser analyzes the unstructured content in the resume, identifies information such as contact details, education, work experience, skills, certifications, and other supported fields, and converts that information into structured, machine-readable JSON output.
The parsing process is transactional. This means that:
- The resume is received through the API for processing.
- The requested candidate information is extracted.
- The structured result is returned directly to the requesting customer system.
- The resume content and parsed personally identifiable information are not persistently retained by RChilli after the parsing transaction is completed.
RChilli’s Resume Parser is accessed through a secure REST API and is designed to integrate with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, HR applications, and other enterprise systems.
It is important to distinguish RChilli’s processing from the customer’s own storage practices. Once the structured parsing result is returned, the customer’s ATS, HR system, database, or other connected application may store that information according to the customer’s own configuration, business requirements, privacy notices, and retention policies.
RChilli’s information-security framework is supported by recognized industry standards, including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications. These certifications support RChilli’s broader information-security controls, governance processes, and data-protection practices.
Customers requiring additional assurance about temporary files, operational logs, diagnostic records, backups, or any account-specific retention behavior should request written confirmation through their RChilli account representative or contact support@rchilli.com.
