The actual end-user IP address cannot be captured in RChilli parsing logs for Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using RChilli Enhanced Candidate Profile Import.
Oracle HCM Cloud is a SaaS application, and parsing requests are routed through the client’s Oracle HCM instance before being sent to RChilli. Since the request originates from the Oracle environment rather than directly from the user’s device, the parsing logs display the IP address associated with the Oracle instance.
This IP address is typically linked to the data center or region where the client’s Oracle HCM application is hosted. Therefore, multiple users working within the same Oracle HCM environment may appear under the same IP address in the parsing logs.
The individual user’s local IP address is not included in the request sent from Oracle HCM Cloud to RChilli. As a result, RChilli cannot identify, capture, or display the actual end-user IP address in the parsing logs.
This behavior is governed by the Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and request-routing process and cannot be changed from the RChilli side.
