How can an RChilli managed-package license be reassigned to a new Salesforce user?

 To reassign an RChilli or any Salesforce managed-package license to a new user, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Salesforce.
2. Navigate to Setup.
3. In the Quick Find box, search for Installed Packages.
4. Locate the RChilli managed package and click Manage Licenses.
5. If required, remove the license from the previous or deactivated user.
6. Assign the available license to the new active user.

Note:
If the Manage Licenses option is not available or license assignment is not possible, the package license may be inactive, suspended, or require administrative intervention. Contact RChilli Support at support@rchilli.com and include the Salesforce Organization ID for further assistance.
